Fundraising

Each year, Cenikor undergoes an independent audit. Cenikor is proud of the fact that 76 percent of its budget goes to program expenses. Only 3 percent is spent on fundraising. Management and general operating expenses make up the other 21 percent. Cenikor is one of the few nonprofit organizations that is financially sound while keeping fund-raising expenses low.

Donate Money, Goods or Services

Consider that incarcerating a substance abuser for one year in the Texas prison system costs $50,000 according to the U.S. Customs Service, Department of Treasury. Who pays? The nation's taxpayers. At Cenikor, the cost per year for housing one substance abuser is about $25,000, at no cost to taxpayers.

The entire community benefits both economically and in terms of quality of life when Cenikor helps an individual control his/her drug and alcohol dependence.

We are very fortunate to live in such generous communities. Individuals, foundations and companies have blessed us with gifts of money, goods and services because they believe in what we do.

Community Share Programs

Kroger

Whenever shoppers present Cenikor's Share Card at any Kroger Store location in Texas and Louisiana, Cenikor Foundation, Inc. will receive a portion of the sale.

The Share Card is a separate card from the Kroger Plus Card. The Plus Card must be presented to receive in-store discounts. The Share Card must be presented for Cenikor to benefit from the rebate program.

The cards can be used individually. It is not necessary to have a Kroger Plus Card to use the Kroger Share Card.

Randall's

By activating your exsisting Randall's Remarkable Card with Cenikor's organizational number (11570), Cenikor Foundation, Inc. receives a percentage of your purchases.

Simply fill out this form. Once completed, you may turn them into the customer service desk at your local Randall's store or mail or email them to the corporate office.

Albertsons

By activating your existing Albertson's Preferred Savings Card with Cenikor's organizatoinal number (49001013985), Cenikor Foundation, Inc. receives a percentage of your purchases.

Simply fill out this form. Once completed, you may turn them into the customer service desk at your local Albertson's store or mail or email them to our corporate office.
