Press Release: Austin & Temple, TX News

(Houston, TX – October 13, 2016) Cenikor Foundation (Cenikor) is proud to announce the opening of two new Texas facilities, one in the State Capital of Austin and one in the heart of Temple. The Austin facility is a 63-bed program, for adult males and females with substance use disorders, offering medically-supportive Detoxification and Short-Stay Residential treatment services. The Temple program, known as Care Counseling Services, provides Outpatient care to both adolescents and adults, with both day and evening session hours. Cenikor is committed to bringing treatment to those in need throughout the States of Texas and Louisiana, and is actively looking at ways to meet the growing demand.

“We are excited to be a part of the Austin recovery community and look forward to assisting the people of our area in reaching their goals of recovery” proclaims Ayden Liles, MBA, LPC, EAGALA, Austin Facility Director. He goes on to say “Cenikor Austin is truly a place for change.”

“Cenikor’s strategic plan includes a focus on responsible growth, whereby we establish programs wherever there is need and where there is economic viability within the community,” says Bill Bailey, President and CEO of the Cenikor Foundation. “Our mission is to be a place for change, by providing a foundation for better health and better lives for our clients. With our help, our clients can make a change for themselves, their families, and for their communities as contributing, responsible citizens.”

“Cenikor has had the privilege to provide quality outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment in Temple, TX since 2014 and we are excited about our expanded downtown location. The new facility will continue to serve adult and adolescent populations needing outpatient treatment and will also serve women through our Post-Partum Intervention Program,” says Nick Vaché, BS, LCDC, SAP, Senior Outpatient Manager for Temple Care Counseling.

Our Austin facility is located at 2410 W. Howard, in North Austin, approximately five miles south of the Pflugerville line down I-35. Temple’s new location is 416A N 3rd St Temple, TX 76501 and is directly across the street from the City Municipal court building. Like Cenikor’s other facilities, Austin and Temple accept a variety of payment options including Insurance, Medicaid, and State Funding. Cenikor believes that finances should never be a barrier to treatment.
