Senior Regional Director Eugene Hall, Jr.
Eugene Hall, Jr. is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Jack Yates Senior High. Eugene attended Baylor University from 1984 to 1989. Eugene is a 2008 Cenikor Graduate from the Houston Deer Park Facility, where he served as Director of the Houston Facility until May 2019. Eugene has served in many professional development positions within the foundation including Cenikor Internship Pathway Program, Program Manager I, Program Manager II and Facility Director. He has extensive knowledge, understanding and direction involving the leadership and implementation of Therapeutic Community modality. He has been employed with the Foundation for 11 years, serving in a leadership capacity within the Cenikor Foundation at three long-term treatment facilities and currently at the corporate office.
Eugene earned his AAS Degree in Mental Health- Clinical and Counseling Psychology / Certificate of Completion in Mental Health Social Work at Tarrant County College and his Bachelor Degree in Human Services from Springfield College of Professional and Continuing Studies 2018. During his education pursuit, he received Distinguished Honors of “Summa Cum Laude” and the Distinguished Senior Award 2019.
In May of 2019 Eugene received a promotion to Senior Regional Director- South Region and elected to the Executive Leadership Council for the Cenikor Foundation. Eugene is responsible for providing leadership, direction and administration of operation through strategic planning of operational goals and objectives. Eugene will consistently acknowledge the reason for his success begins with his belief in God, Family and Cenikor Foundation. His dedication to his recovery began on November 14, 2006, where gratitude and humility provides a continuing foundation for his life.
