Nestled in the heart of Waco, this location offers a full continuum of integrated care to support individuals on every step of their recovery journeys.

Our 55-bed facility starts clients on their path to sobriety through detox and residential services in a safe, structured environment.

For those completing inpatient or needing ongoing therapeutic support, we recommend a lower level of care, such as outpatient, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), aftercare (recovery coaching and alumni), and recovery housing.

Our dedicated team, many of whom are in recovery themselves, is what truly sets us a part. Connection is the key to recovery. When you can see and speak to someone who has been where you are and knows how to navigate life sober, incredible things can happen!

I believe I've learned the necessary tools and skills that I will be using continuously in my daily recovery. My time here at Cenikor has been valued as a new start in life and a place to reflect on past addictive behaviors. It has led me to realize new ways of looking at emotional turmoil and stressful situations as stepping stones, not obstacles. My son Kyle attended your last Ft worth, 2 year in patient program from 3/2019 to 3/2021. He was ready and it changed his life. That 2 year program wad just what he needed to grow in faith and emotionally. It very sad that the program no longer exists. I will forever be grateful to all of you. God bless you!

Overall it was great. The only suggestion I would make is a bit more consistent leadership with the BHT staff and better reading selections since the clients use them as ways to get peace and quiet.

I must say that my stay at the facility in Waco was unexpectedly a great experience. The familiarity of family feel is unmatched by anything that I have experienced when it came to rehab or rehabilitation for a substance abuse issues, I would recommend the center to a family member and friend without question.
