About BIPP at Cenikor
The Battering Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP) is a state-accredited, evidence-based program dedicated to eliminating intimate partner violence and abuse. Originally provided by STAR Council, Cenikor Stephenville continues this vital work—focusing on participant accountability, victim safety, and creating lasting social change.
Our BIPP program provides a structured, 24-week course where participants engage in group sessions designed to build respect, trust, and healthier relationship skills. Through guided education and honest dialogue, we work together to help participants create safe, non-violent homes and communities.
Program Mission
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to stop domestic violence at its root by holding participants accountable, promoting positive relationship behaviors, and working toward a society free of abuse.
