Kimberly Reaves is an accomplished behavioral health executive and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with more than a decade of experience leading substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs within recovery‑oriented systems of care. She serves as Regional Director with responsibility for multiple locations, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and the successful launch and integration of new program sites. Kimberly’s leadership is grounded in principles consistent with SAMHSA’s Recovery‑Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) and CARF accreditation standards, emphasizing person‑centered treatment, access to care, clinical excellence, and continuous performance improvement. Her strengths span change management, workforce development, service integration, and regulatory compliance, all informed by a strong commitment to Cenikor’s mission and the individuals and families it serves.
From 2020 to 2025, Kimberly served as Facility Director for a 120‑bed SUD treatment center, where she led a multidisciplinary team of more than 60 staff across outpatient, inpatient, medication‑assisted treatment (MAT), and recovery housing programs. She successfully integrated these services into a coordinated continuum of care, improving accessibility and continuity for underserved populations. During her tenure, the facility maintained CARF accreditation and exceeded state regulatory standards for five consecutive years while strengthening partnerships across healthcare, public health, and criminal justice systems.
Earlier in her career, Kimberly spent six years as Senior Vocational Manager, supervising more than 180 vocational workers, authoring the Vocational Services Standard Operating Procedures, achieving multiple revenue benchmarks, and supporting census growth through targeted operational and marketing initiatives.
Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration and a bachelor’s degree in health services from the University of North Texas. She is known for her disciplined, compassionate leadership style and her dedication to advancing high‑quality, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑focused care.
