Our Killeen, Texas location provides evidence-based outpatient programs for adults and adolescents.

These intensive and supportive outpatient levels of care allow individuals to live at home while participating in group and individual counseling sessions, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and 12-step integration. Telehealth options are also available.

Killeen has licensed clinical staff members with a wealth of experience and a passion for aiding clients through recovery. Our employees are dedicated to our clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and will be with you every step of the way.

This place was a LIFE SAVER....I was on the streets in Dallas and addicted to synthetic opiates and Kratom....they helped me get State funding and detoxed me....the staff were amazing, the facility was super clean and the food was great....after detox they helped me get into residential treatment at the new facility in Dallas (Irving).....I'm currently sober and working and I am grateful for the opportunity and experience at Cennikor Waco

I made an appointment with carly today and she was soooo amazing and very sweet and helpful I’ve been to cenikor before they are a very great rehab facility for those who are ready for a change in their lives ask for carly when making an appointment she’s extremely understanding and helpful

Counselors and staff are very helpful and do go out of there way to be extra helpful. It's difficult to have a good attitude when detoxing and getting sober. I was appreciative to be around caring people.

This place changed my life for good! The staff is amazing and really care because the majority of them are also in recovery. I stayed for 58 days and got a lot out of all the treatment. You have to be done and sick and tired in order for it to work. They cant magically heal you but if u really are done then this is a amazing place. I recommend staying 60-90 days though. Its hard to change a whole lifestyle in 28 days. Thanks to all my friends at Cenikor! I look forward to coming back and sharing my experience with yall and new clients.

I just want to say my level of treatment from the way I was treated to the extent of person al help received was excellent in grateful to all the counselors namely mrs. Sandra and want to thank especially ms. CARLITA MS.
