Located in North Austin, about 20 minutes from downtown, Cenikor Austin is a place where many have found hope and healing.

Clients start their journey in inpatient detox or residential treatment and then continue to aftercare where they will be supported by a recovery coach who helps navigate this new way of life for two years. Through this care model, our clients are able to achieve long-term sobriety.

Austin’s team consists of over 40 staff members with a passion for aiding clients through the early stages of recovery. We have a Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and around-the-clock nursing care. The clinical department is staffed with Master’s Degree clinicians who specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders.

Ms. Kerry changed my world! I’m alive today because of the understanding and tough yet caring love that not only Mr.Kerry showed but everyone that worked with me from the counselors to the tech even the cook was kind and the lady who worked third shift I forgot her name. She was so kind and sweet and nice. I spoke to her early in the morning because I was one of the first ones up and she was just gentle. I would recommend anyone who has a problem with substances to please call them Get help I’ve been sober since May 21, 2021 Jo Ann G Lopez

Cenikor saved my life. I contacted them when I was homeless over a year ago. They accepted me and I have been sober for over a year. I am not only financially stable but I am rebuilding my career as a teacher in the State of Texas, sponsor women in the AA program, and return to Cenikor to bring 12 step meetings. This facility addresses the whole person and leaves no need unmet. The team of counselors, peer support specialists, case managers, and hard-working techs, and nurses along with the dedicated members of the community who come to the facility nightly to bring 12-step meetings offered me a foundation for recovery and growth I maintain today. Highly recommend.

This place changed my life! I’m coming up on one year of sobriety and I owe it to Cenikor. Getting sober and clean is so hard, this was my third rehab visit. I learned to get honest with myself and started an honest program and BAM! Here I am! Alive and sober. The staff was amazing and double kudos to the CHEF Nate and triple kudos to the nurse Lisa!!! I love everyone there. It wasn’t always easy but it was bc of me, not them.

Ms.Kerry is not only the best counselor there but the most positively influential human I’ve ever had the honor to come across. She legit changes lives and my childrens, childrens, children will literally have better lives because of this woman. Apply that over all the years she’s done this and all the future generations that will benefit and you get the most amazing human being I’ve ever met. This isn’t dramatic, this is literal. Everyone here was fantastic. They were able to guide me though the detox process quite painlessly. Jeff, Lindsey, Suzan, Sara, kaylee all do not get paid enough to deal with us, but that’s why we love them. The community was very encouraging as well.I have a lotPs I have to edit this a lot better. Let me just start by saying that I’ll forever be grateful for everyone at cenikor, this place is true place for change . Upon seeing reviews before I came to cenikor I was myself hesitant but after completing the short term residential I can honestly say this center offers a great program for recovery . The staff is hardworking and caring . I only hope for whomever may read this , I ask they come with a good attitude to this center and remain humble, respectful and teachable when working on their recovery. I can honestly attest to the work of counselor Karry whom is a respectful and hard working scholar who cares greatly for her clients. I will forever grateful for my time at cenikor - Mike
