Jake Strain, DPT

Jake Strain is a seasoned Doctor of Physical Therapy and entrepreneur with over a decade of proven experience leading healthcare operations and delivering patient-centered care. From an early age, Jake demonstrated the drive and vision to achieve ambitious goals. At 26, he purchased his first physical therapy clinic and, within four years, expanded it into three outpatient locations with contracts across hospitals, home health agencies, nursing homes, and secured exclusive rehabilitation and pre-employment testing services for a Fortune 500 company. Under his leadership, the company doubled its gross revenue and earned recognition as one of the top entrepreneurs under 30 in the Tri-State area.

In 2023, Jake sold his practice and relocated to Tyler, Texas, to begin the next chapter of his career. At Cenikor Foundation, he serves as Facility Director, where he has maintained client satisfaction scores above 90% and continues to positively impact the lives of those in recovery. Beyond his professional work, Jake and his wife actively serve members of Marvin Methodist Church, contributing to their community through service and outreach.
