Facility Director Tiffiney Randle

Tiffiney Randle, Facility Director

Tiffiney Randle is a seasoned behavioral health leader whose passion for recovery stems from both professional expertise and lived experience. Having watched her own family be impacted by chemical dependency and navigating her own struggles with process addictions, Tiffiney developed a compassion and empathy that drives her leadership today. She understands firsthand how stigma, cultural norms, and misinformation can reinforce the challenges of addiction, and how harm reduction, education, and individualized support can change lives.

For more than 17 years, Tiffiney has led programs in behavioral health and human services, working across nonprofit, community, and healthcare systems. She currently serves as Facility Director at Cenikor Foundation in Dallas, TX, where she oversees inpatient and outpatient recovery programs. A doctoral candidate in Human Services Leadership at Walden University, she is also a strong advocate for equity, systems change, and trauma-informed care.

Tiffiney believes there is no single “right” way to recover. Whether through medication-assisted treatment, peer-led groups, or faith-based support, every person deserves the dignity of choosing the path that works for them. She emphasizes that addiction is a disease, not a moral failing, and that both individuals and their supporters benefit from education and nonjudgmental understanding. By sharing both her family’s story and her personal journey with process addictions, Tiffiney works to break down stigma and champion the idea that there is no wrong road to recovery.
