Eric Ketcham MD, MBA, FACEP, FASAM, FAAEM, FACHE, is board certified in emergency medicine and addiction medicine.
Dr. Ketcham has been a leader in emergency medicine for many years. Since 2012, he has been at the forefront of developing effective administrative methods for reducing opioid administration and prescribing in the emergency departments (ED), as well as successfully initiating opioid addiction treatment in the ED.
Jolene Schneider is a seasoned leader in the substance abuse treatment field with over 32 years of experience spanning direct client care to executive leadership. She currently serves as Facility Director at Cenikor in Farmington, where she oversees day-to-day operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. Jolene is passionate about fostering quality, cost-effective services and building strong partnerships to support recovery initiatives.
