Eligibility guidelines

For a person to receive no cost MAT treatment, two general criteria must be met. The individual must:

have a gross household income at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL);
be either a Harris County or McLennan County resident or unhoused within Harris County.

Recipients must provide proof of income, and submit an income statement certification every three months to ensure continued qualification. Scholarships are first come, first served until all funding is utilized.
