Conveniently located in the heart of Tyler, this location combines the heart of a small town with advanced, evidence-based clinical practices.

Our 37-bed detox and residential levels of care provide around the clock medical monitoring and support as clients begin the recovery process. Clients participate in individual and group counseling sessions, outside 12-step meetings, relapse prevention, and recovery coaching.

Our Tyler location also supports those on an outpatient basis through medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive and supportive outpatient, and aftercare (recovery coaching & alumni).

Many of our staff are in recovery themselves. We strive to create an environment where recovery is worked for so it means more to our clients.

Love this place.. . I have 7 months 10 days sober today. If only you knew what my plans were when I got to centikor on November 17th... but God and the staff at Centikor changed my ♥. I just graduated this program and I must say thank you Cinekor for saving my life! I was very sick and went through detox and then residential. The community was warm, we were able to go out to meetings several times a week, and they fed us well… even grilling outside on occasion! Thank you Cinekor!
