Recovery housing for women provides more than just shelter; it creates a foundation for lasting change. Located in the heart of San Antonio, our women-only recovery house combines evidence-based treatment with practical life skills training in a nurturing community environment.

Clients generally begin the day with morning community meetings that set intention and accountability. Group therapy sessions occupy a significant portion of the day — these cover topics ranging from relapse prevention and coping skills to trauma education, CBT-based work, and psychoeducation. Individual counseling sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the week. There are also recreational activities, life skills programming, and 12-step facilitation. Evenings allow for reflection, peer connection, and structured wind-down. No. While we welcome women utilizing MAT for opiate use disorder, our recovery housing serves women recovering from all substance use disorders including alcohol, cocaine, methamphetamine, benzodiazepines, and others.
