Recovery should be possible—no matter your situation.
Our residential program provides a structured, supportive environment where each woman receives personalized care to build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Many of our team members are in recovery themselves, showing firsthand that a sober, fulfilling life is possible.
Nearly 60 years ago, we started with one goal: make treatment possible for people who couldn’t afford it. That’s why we accept most major insurance plans, helping make quality care accessible and affordable for women and their families.
This location serves San Antonio and the surrounding communities, supporting women every step of the way on their recovery journey.
We’re proud to announce the opening of our new San Antonio treatment facility on November 17, serving women across Bexar County and beyond.
Our partnership with Bexar County strengthens this effort by connecting clients to the Ready to Work program, which helps participants pursue education and career training while covering rent during their stay—supporting independence and self-confidence throughout recovery.
A dedicated Case Manager and Peer Support Specialist provide individualized discharge and recovery planning, along with ongoing assessment of recovery capital to ensure lasting progress.
Through this partnership, Cenikor can now offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and comprehensive recovery services to qualified residents at no cost, expanding access to care for women in need across Bexar County.
