Houston, TX As Cenikor prepares to grow in 2021, they have hired Brian Reeves as their new senior director of marketing and client access. As a lifelong Houstonian, Brian brings years of experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning, and business development to the organization. While most of his career he has served in the energy and telecommunications sectors, he has also worked in real estate, maritime cargo, and the software industry.
“Although new to the not-for-profit sector of our society, I am excited to join a nonprofit corporation for this next stage of my career;” Reeves said. He added, “it was important to me to work for an organization that gave back to the communities it serves. The role with Cenikor has special meaning for me, as my family has been impacted by substance abuse issues in the past. I have immense respect for the programs and services that Cenikor provides across the State of Texas, and I look forward to participating in its future growth initiatives.”
Discussing Brian’s new role, Cenikor President and CEO Bill Bailey said, “Brian will have executive oversight of the departments of marketing, fund development, business development and client access, admissions and alumni. We look forward to his engagement and contribution to our full client life cycle and mission of service.”
Brian received a BBA in managerial economics with a minor in marketing from the University of St. Thomas. He subsequently earned an MBA in Finance, with a concentration in marketing, from Houston Baptist University. As an avid traveler, Brian enjoys learning about different cultures. He is a frequent volunteer at many philanthropic organizations, such as Houston Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House and Citizens for Animal Protection.
Cenikor Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers an array of successful rehabilitation programs, tailored to treat people who want to be free from substance use. Since its inception in 1967, Cenikor Foundation has been dedicated to helping those in need. Cenikor continues to evolve to offer supportive services to veterans, adults, and adolescents in several cities across Texas. More than 100,000 lives have been changed in the process.
