Start the ConversationWaco, TX, – September 20 – On September 17th, Cenikor’s facility in Waco hosted its annual Boots, Buckles & Bling fundraising event. Over 300 went to the Baylor Club outfitted in their western attire to raise funds and awareness for men and women who are suffering from drug and alcohol and addiction. The generosity from the community for those affected by addiction in the Waco community has been successful.
“I want to say thank you to the Waco community for coming out. Even though, the number of people affected by addiction is a problem, the generosity from the community at last week’s event will help the addiction community in Waco to receive help,” said Bill Bailey, President and CEO of Cenikor.
The entire proceeds raised will go to further the treatment programs offered through Cenikor Waco’s facility. Cenikor is a leading provider for alcohol and substance addiction treatments. Since 2012, Cenikor’s facility in Waco has provided services to almost 10,000 people. Cenikor offers detoxification, short-term residential, sober living, outpatient services for adults and adolescents, and also medication-assisted treatment in the Waco community.
