Houston, TX, November 1, 2023– Cenikor, one of the largest behavioral health networks in the United States, is excited to announce the completion of its annual fall leadership council conference, Elevate 2023. The event, held from October 17 to 20, brought together leaders from across the organization to elevate themselves, their teams, and their service to clients.
Elevate was a four-day conference with inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and collaborative discussions. Leaders from every department participated, sharing their experiences and expertise to strengthen Cenikor’s dedication to the nonprofit’s mission of helping individuals achieve better health and well-being through comprehensive substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health services.
During the conference, Cenikor’s leaders had the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking sessions covering a wide range of topics, including:

Keynote speakers shared their insights on leadership, innovation, and the importance of a customer-focused approach. Attendees left Elevate with renewed enthusiasm and a deepened sense of purpose in their roles within Cenikor.
