Dallas, TX, November 24, 2023—Cenikor, a leading nonprofit behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment network, is excited to announce the grand opening of its new location in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. This expansion represents a significant step forward in Cenikor’s mission to provide high-quality, evidence-based, affordable care to individuals in need.
Located at 2425 Texas Drive in Irving, the new Dallas facility is now open, welcoming men and women seeking intensive and supportive residential services in a safe, structured environment. Cenikor is committed to providing comprehensive care, and in the coming months, the nonprofit will further enhance its continuum of care by introducing outpatient services, withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and recovery housing options, as well as recovery support and alumni services.

As we add additional services, our holistic, whole-person approach will help set individuals up for long-term recovery.”
Cenikor’s intensive and supportive residential programs offer comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that drive real change. Cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and community-building therapeutic programs address the whole person, setting them up for lasting recovery. Additional continuum of care services will be rolled out this winter so individuals can transition from the highly structured residential treatment programs to lower levels of care until, ultimately, the person can live independently in recovery.
Cenikor has strong roots in the DFW area. In 1982, the nonprofit opened a therapeutic community for individuals with SUD, and later entered into a strategic partnership with Turtle Creek Recovery Center last year, offering a short-term residential program for men in downtown Dallas. In that time, over 5,600 lives have been saved.
